"Zhineng Qigong" - Practice without organizing a "Qi Field"

Image
You may think: "What's this ?" We practice in a "Qi Field“ it's "Zhineng Qigong“, we always do.. But I am not so sure. - My first „Zhineng Qigong“ teacher  wasn't able to organize a "Qi Field“. She got her Certificate in China as a teacher for level 1 and 2 a long time ago before the Center for "Zhineng Qigong". At that time they didn't teach this part of „Zhineng Qigong“  and so she didn't learn it, but she told us, that she practiced  in China in a big "Qi Field" and that it is different. Today the Center does not exist any more. Well my teacher Mrs. Ling Jecmeniza-Liu got her Certificate  in 1985at the University in Guangdong. At that time Dr. Pang Ming travelled through China, held talks at Universities and  his teachers taught at the Universities and you only had  the possibility to learn „Zhineng Qigong“  in China. In the year 2002 I started my first lessons in "Zhin

"Zhineng Qigong" - The different forms of a "Qi Field"

“That's a joke“ you may think like many others. But my simple and clear answer is: "Yes, that's how it is". A perhaps silly question: „Are all clouds the same ?“ Even if it is sometimes a bit confusing, the same is with a “Qi Field”. What's it about ? The size: is it big or is it small ? The density: is it low or high ? The type of "Qi Field": a personal one, or one of a group of people or ? The intensity: is it weak or strong ? The intention given to it: for healing or what for ? The place: a certain place with a special “Qi Field” ? Talking of a “Qi Field” you should know what kind you are talking of ? Then it is possible to describe it. Some examples:  The personal “Qi Field” of a single person.  The personal “Qi Fields” of a group of people.  The big common “Qi Field” of a teacher and his students.  The special “Qi Field" to which a teacher has attached an intention,  the intention of healing in a healing sessio

"Zhineng Qigong" - How to connect with a "Qi Field" ?

Image
One of the special features of „Zhineng Qigong“  is practicing in a „Qi Field“. There is a method of organizing a „Qi-Field“ and to connect  with it.They taught it in the Center in China, which does not  exist any more. A teacher is able to connect a student with his „Qi-Field“. The teacher does not need a special practice. Why can he do so ? A teacher may connect the personal „Qi Field“ of all practitioners of a group to a common big „Qi Field“. There is a movement, but you can do it without. The thought of the teacher is sufficient, if he knows how to do it. If the reader of this blog expects  at this place a detailed description, I have to disappoint him – no, not here at this place. Instead some information is given: Anybody practicing regularly at the same place will build up a personal „Qi Field“ at that place. It needs some time, but it will happen, if not, there is something wrong in the practicing. Many teachers practicin

Title: 101 Miracles of Natural Healing  Type of media: DVD Presentation: Master Luke Chan Language: English Editor: Chi-Lel Qigong Information: "Zhineng Qigong" is well known in the USA under the trademark Chi-Lel. Content: 1 - Lift Chi Up and Pour Chi Down Method - Peng Qi Guan Ding Fa 2 - Three Centers Merge Standing Method -       San Xin Bing Zhan Zhuang 3 - La Chi 4 - Wall Squatting 1 and 2 are "Zhineng Qigong" level 1 Part 3 and 4 is "Zhineng Qigong", too. Wallsquatting (4) is needed if you have problems. Furthermore there are historical recordings from the Center in China at the time it existed. The title is a bit confusing,  but the DVD contains "Zhineng Qigong" level 1. For me it is the reference of level 1.  I do not know any recording being better suitable for beginners and for advanced practitioners. The movements are big enough and fluently executed. This is very important for beginners,

The Body & Mind method is the body & mind method of "Zhineng Qigong" For me it is the reference of "Zhineng Qigong" level 2. I do not know any recording in this kind, being suitable as much for beginners or for advanced practitioners. The  movements are big enough to be clearly visible and are executed fluently. This is very important for beginners, because advanced practitioners make smaller movements. Then it is more difficult to see all details of the movements. On the other side the movements are much better than the movements of a beginner and therefore even suitable for advanced practitioners. The speed of the movements is right - not too slow and not too fast. http://www.chilel.com/cgi-bin/media/agora.cgi?xm=on&p

Elementarbuch des Zhineng Qigong

Image
Elementarbuch des Zhineng Qigong Author: Grandmaster Dr. Pang Ming Language: German Translation: Ping Dietrich-Shi Translated directly from the Chinese language into the German language. Content: description of level 1 and level 2 and drawings of certain movements. This "Elemtary Guide of Zhineng Qigong" is the "should have"  for every practitioner. It's good for beginners and advanced practitioners and for teachers. "Zhineng Qigong" has its own theory. Here one can read how the grandmaster wanted the movements of the levels to be executed. Good for corrections and improvement of the knowledge and theory, too. It is the only one direct translation as I know and only exists in German language. There is no direct translation from the Chinese into the English language. http://zhinengqigongde.blogspot.com
