Why do we have the feeling, we do not go on ? Why do we have the feeling, we do not make any progress ? Because again and again we lose the holistic of the person. This even happens in China, however, it's an essential for Qigong. Dr. Pang Ming already ascertained: In the Western World there is an extra emphasis on the logic. They try to explain all with logic, even that, which isn't and perhaps never will be explainable by logic. The whole person is more than only logic. Don't forget the other part of a person ! In general one teacher. Very often I have the impression: Many people don't think like it. You attend a course and learn the form, i.e. the movements. You repeat this many times and each time it is the same. You only learn and practise the form - and nothing else. Do you really want to learn more and go further ? Well, I have been lucky, my first teacher came from China. You may think this is nothing special, but she taught in German. This was and still is something special. If the cultural background is unknown, misunderstandings are programmed. Then words are empty words, no contents, only word shells. No wonder, if you then only learn the form and the form will not be filled with contents. Ten courses only learning the form and it will only be the form. Then it will stay the gymnastic practice.
