 This "Elemtary Guide of Zhineng Qigong" is the "should have"  for every practitioner.

 It's good for beginners and advanced practitioners and for teachers.

 "Zhineng Qigong" has its own theory.

 Here one can read how the grandmaster wanted the movements of the levels to be executed. Good for corrections and improvement of the knowledge and theory, too.

 It is the only one direct translation as I know and only exists in German language.

There is no direct translation from the Chinese into the English language.
