"Zhineng Qigong" is well known in the USA under the trademark Chi-Lel.

 1 and 2 are "Zhineng Qigong" level 1
Part 3 and 4 is "Zhineng Qigong", too.

 Wallsquatting (4) is needed if you have problems.

 Furthermore there are historical recordings from the
Center in China at the time it existed.

 The title is a bit confusing, 
but the DVD contains "Zhineng Qigong" level 1.
For me it is the reference of level 1. 
I do not know any recording being
better suitable for beginners and for advanced practitioners.

 The movements are big enough and fluently executed.

 This is very important for beginners, 
because advanced practitioners make smaller movements 
and it is more difficult to see all the details.

 On the other side the movements are much better 
than the movements of a beginner and 
therefore even suitable for advanced practitioners.

 Nevertheless the speed is right - not too slow and not too fast.

„Dark Power“ means not visible power or energy. „Dark Matter“ means not visible matter. The Universe - „Dark Power” - „Dark Matter“ Terminology of physics and cosmology. Who does not know them The Universe is today general knowledge. The other two terms perhaps are less well known to most of us. This may change and will be different in the future. The knowledge of mankind is changing continuously. We all know visible matter, visible power or energy. It is the matter, which is around us. It is the power or energy, which we all know.
