"Zhineng Qigong" - act consciously in daily life




What's this ?
I think, nothing new, but something to think about. 
The way you used to think 
will change practicing "Zhineng Qigong".
It is not only a physical practice. The whole person is needed.
Practicing “Zhineng Qigong“ works very differently.


Act consciously in your movements during practice: 
All movements have to be done consciously not by instinct.
Your thoughts are always in the movement, 
nothing is done automatically.
You consciously absorb “Qi“ and release “Qi“.
You are sending “Qi” with your mind to any point of your body.
Where to ? - It depends upon where your mind is.
Therefore the attention is always in your movements.
Not at your business or at work. The whole person is needed.


What is acting by instinct in daily life: 
You are visiting a homepage or blog in the Internet.
You read something interesting, increase your knowledge.
You profit from the work of other people.
You share knowledge with them, it happens every day.
Social networks want to know if you like it or not.
If you act that is instinct, an impression of the moment.
It doesn't say anything about quality or something similar.
The writer does not get any share for his work.
The social networks sell the information and gets it all.
But if you read shortly afterwards another story for instance and
have changed your mind soon after the impression is different.
Collections of impressions only have a short time value.


Now let us compare with acting consciously in daily life: 
The Internet lives from advertising and sponsoring etc.
If you want to change something you have to know this.
On a homepage or a blog in the Internet there may be ads.
If I don't like it, I leave the page and do nothing else.
If I like the information and have enriched my knowledge
a click on the ad on the page is my “thank you”.
Why ? - The writer gets a share of the fees for the advertisement.

You have to pay nothing but the writer gets a real “thank you”.
No giving away of personal data, 
it's anonymous and you do something
to make it possible to return to this page 
and get further information.

You are not helpless. You can do something. Let us act.
It is a simple method to act consciously in daily life.
