"Zhineng Qigong" - Practising in the right speed

The "Zhineng Qigong" practice can be done in different speeds.

You can practise as a group of beginners at a medium speed.
You can practise as a group of advanced students at a higher speed.
You can practise as a single practitioner in your own biological rhythm.

Last but not least the practice can be done in a very slow teacher speed,
so that it is possible, to see more from the movements for learning.

A beginner often has problems to make flowing movements.
A slow speed makes this nearly impossible for a beginner.
A high speed often has the result in losing contact with "Qi".

Therefore medium speed for beginners or
groups of students mostly is the best speed.

The very slow teacher speed is there only to show
the movements to students. A teacher should
be able to do that as flowing movements.

How shall "Qi" flow without flowing movements ?

Another mistake is if you want to feel "Qi" flowing.
Even advanced practitioners do not feel very often "Qi" flowing.

We use the very fine "Hunyuan-Qi" of the universe,
not the own personal "Qi" which is much thicker and tougher
and in most cases we feel the own personal "Qi"
not "Hunyuan-Qi" because it is too fine.

This is "Zhineng Qigong" with open not closed Qigong movements.
Even if "Qi" is more intense in slow movements, we do not feel the
flowing of "Qi", because we use "Hunyuan-Qi". We only feel that it works.

Slow motion speed for daily practising is wrong.
