GOOD PRACTICE
In this area it is all about Good Practice.
It
has been shown not to be a natural course of action.
For
Zhineng Qigong this means: practising without risks is good practice.
Moreover,
you cannot practise everything.
Example
Spontaneous
Qi
It
occurs, declines if you practise every day,
finally
disappears entirely.
No
reason to be afraid of,
however
caution is advised.
Why ?
But
I have seen an exercise for it, so that is on.
Still:
you cannot practise it.
Spntaneous
Qi happens spontaneously, if you practise it, that is not
spontaneous.
The
movements can be highly different.
You
can hurt yourself.
This
is not Zhineng Qigong.
Zhineng
Qigong is practising without risks.
That
is why Dr. Pang Ming revised the flying crane.
His
version is without Spontaneous Qi as practice.
Spontaneous
Qi occurs when the path for Qi is blocked somewhere.
When
Qi tries to clear the path,
Spontaneous
Qi appears.
It
is quite logical: if you practise every day the block disappears.
No
block – no Spontaneous Qi.
Hence,
Spontaneous Qi is no exercise.
This
does not rule out that there are methods
to
trigger off Spontaneous Qi.
In
my opinion, this is not an exercise.
Good
practice is practising without risks.
